For health workers who see women every day but were never trained to recognize menopause. You see women aged 40 to 55 for contraception, blood pressure, or urinary infections. You treat symptoms one by one. But nobody taught you to ask the question that connects them all: “Could this be menopause?”

Women report severe joint pain, sleep problems, anxiety, vaginal dryness, or difficulty concentrating.
These are often mistaken for depression, aging, or hygiene problems.
